Summary

We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting our Identity Management Module. Users may experience difficulties logging in via Single Sign-On (SSO) or encounter "Timeout" errors when the software attempts to communicate with third-party banking and CRM platforms.

Current Symptoms

  • Login Failures: "Invalid Token" or "Service Unavailable" errors when using Azure AD or Okta to log in.

  • Data Sync Delays: Automated background syncs for bank statements and payroll exports are currently queued and may show a "Failed" status.

  • API Timeouts: External applications attempting to fetch data from the platform may receive a 503 Service Unavailable response.

Workaround

While our engineering team works on a permanent fix, please utilize the following steps to maintain business continuity:

  1. Manual Login: If SSO fails, users with "Administrative Access" can still log in using local credentials (email and password) via the /login/direct URL path.

  2. Manual File Upload: For urgent financial processing, please use the Manual Import utility (Tools > Data Management > Import) to upload .CSV or .XML files rather than relying on the automated API sync.

  3. Clear Browser Cache: In some instances, a session "Hang" can be resolved by clearing your browser cookies and restarting the session.

Next Steps

Our DevOps team has identified a bottleneck in the authentication gateway and is currently deploying a patch. We expect services to be fully restored within the next 2 hours.

We apologize for the interruption to your workflow. We will update this alert every 30 minutes until the issue is resolved.
